1. Security and Privacy: All personal information provided on is kept confidential and will be for the sole use of the business transactions you initiated. Please note that may send you emails from time to time of our new deals, but will never send emails asking for security information such as email address, passwords etc. or direct you to a website that demand for such information.

2. Order fulfillment: Our customer service associates will call the number you provided to us during the registration process within 12hours of the submission of your procurement request or order placement. Please note that the acceptance and fulfillment of your order will only take place after you have accepted our payment invoice and have made the correct payment into our designated bank account as provided to you or make payment using our online payment option. At every point during the order fulfillment process, we will strive to process your order in a timely fashion but it is your responsibility to make sure the required payment is made on time to facilitate quick processing.

3. Order Shipment and Delivery:  We work 24/7 to make sure you receive your order on time. Please note that the time given to you as the delivery date of your shipment is an estimated time. This includes the estimated time it will take us to have your order processed and delivered to our shipping location plus the estimated time it will take for your shipment to arrive at the destination country’s pickup zone where you are expected to pick it up except you have requested for a home delivery. For Hot Deals items available on our website and with location status - "Lagos", you can buy this item and pick it up at our office or have it shipped to you. We only have a pickup location in Lagos, Nigeria and at an extra cost, we make deliveries to locations within and outside Lagos. For Ghana customers, we only deliver to customers within Accra and the major cities. We encourage you to speak with our customer service representatives for more information on new delivery locations.

It is your responsibility to assure that the product being ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When you order through, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

4. Returns & Refunds:
(a). Using Our Procurement Services: We really hope you enjoy your shopping experience through swiftprocurement, however we understands there may be instances where you will need to exchange or return an item we procured for you. does not take or accept any liability in relation to product returns or refunds. Neither do we take or accept any form of liability for the quality of any goods we procured on your behalf. However, we will work with you in making sure such item where possible are returned and refunded by the seller or manufacturer. We have also put in place processes to ensure that our customers are dealing with reputable merchants or manufacturers. In a situation where you may need to return an item to its sellers, we advise that you contact us immediately. We promise to work with you in making this possible. In such cases you will need to send the items (at your cost) to us, and other shipping cost incurred in returning item to the manufacturer/reseller will also be borne by you.

(b). Our Hot Deals: Our Hot Deals items are sold directly from our website. We sell trusted products and brand names and we extend the warranty received from the product manufacturers to our customers except where this may not be available as in the case of used products. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased, please contact us immediately and we will work with you in it returns and refunds. However, all shipping/return cost will be at the buyer's expense.

5. Damages & Risk of Loss: All items we procured on your behalf are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risks of loss or damage to such shipment are passed to our carriers upon delivery of such items to them.
